Safari Bazar Club

Nowadays, we often see dinosaurs in movies and productions thanks to CGI and modern technology. I wanted to take these dinosaurs out of their CGI context and give them a more tangible, real-life aspect. What if these dinosaurs were, in fact, real actors? By using children's toys as comedians, they come to life in front of my camera. The background, reminiscent of film sets and the world of cinema, acts as a green screen. Blurring effects and real natural elements add further credibility to the project.

This project then led to a collaboration with two of my classmates to create an edition that combines our three photography projects. We based our editorial design on the distinct format and color differences between our works, dividing the edition into three separate books. These three books are gathered into a set, which also includes a bonus postcard series featuring our photographs.
